Explosion In Afghanistan, 40 Killed!

Army sources say 40 people have been killed and several injured in a bomb blast in a busy market in Afghanistan's eastern province of Paktika.Security sources said the police were chasing a suspect who detonated suicide in his car.

The blast took place in a market where there was a lot of hustle and bustle among shoppers for the month of Ramadan.According to the BBC correspondent, the province is a stronghold of the extremist group Haqqani Network and there have been similar attacks there in the past.The area of ​​Paktika is bordering Pakistan and is a tribal area.
